Vyom Wellness is a Loudoun County, Virginia collective offering energy healing, meditation and yoga classes, personal training and strength training, life coaching, and mobility and recovery support.
Pause. Breathe. Meet this moment with care.A space for whole-person wellness
The intention
Care for the whole person.
Vyom Wellness brings complementary perspectives together in one welcoming place to slow down, reconnect, build strength, and develop steadier inner resources. Pranic healing, meditation, movement, and reflective practices offer different ways into the same work: feeling more supported in your body and daily life.
Rather than asking every person to fit one routine, we begin with what feels meaningful and sustainable for you. Practices can stand alone or complement one another as your needs and goals evolve.

01
Pranic healing
An energy-based wellness practice that uses non-touch techniques and focused attention. It is offered as a complementary spiritual practice, not as medical or mental health treatment.
Led by Rahul, certified personal training and strength training, mobility work, cupping, and scraping are shaped around each person's goals, comfort, and starting point, with an emphasis on performance and recovery.
Offered by both Priya and Rahul, life coaching provides a thoughtful, practical space to clarify goals, recognize obstacles, and turn intention into manageable next steps.
Led by Priya as an IET Master Instructor and practitioner, this energy-based spiritual wellness practice uses focused intention and gentle touch or hands held above the body. It is offered as a complementary practice, not as medical or mental health treatment.
Offered by Priya as a ThetaHealing Advanced practitioner, this spiritual meditation practice uses guided visualization and reflection to explore personal beliefs. It is not medical or mental health treatment.
Priya offers PRS services: peer recovery support sessions for people working through substance use recovery. The focus is steady encouragement, practical next steps, and connection to community resources, grounded in shared understanding rather than clinical advice.
09
QMHP services
Priya offers QMHP services: structured, person-centered support for adults navigating mental health and substance use challenges. The work centers on day-to-day stability, practical skills, and follow-through between harder moments.
Energy work and spiritual modalities are complementary wellness practices. They do not diagnose, treat, or cure health conditions and are not a substitute for care from a licensed medical or mental health professional. Cupping, scraping, mobility work, and recovery support are wellness services, not diagnosis, physical therapy, chiropractic care, or medical treatment. Life coaching is non-clinical and does not provide psychotherapy, medical care, crisis support, or substance-use treatment.

Two useful Ayurvedic ideas
Your constitution is a lens for noticing patterns, not a box to fit inside.
Prakruti
Your foundational constitution: the enduring dosha pattern Ayurveda associates with your natural tendencies.
Vikruti
Your present condition: temporary shifts influenced by season, stress, sleep, food, age, and environment. The optional check-in compares this current pattern with your prakruti.
This reflective quiz offers a simplified introduction to traditional Ayurvedic concepts. It is not a medical assessment or a substitute for care from a qualified health professional. If you are considering significant diet, supplement, or health changes, consult an appropriately licensed clinician.
